Three more hospitals joined hands with SMS Medical College

Shastri Nagar Kawantia, Sethi Colony, and Banipark Satellite hospital have joined hands with SMS Medical College. Main administrative secretary, Mukesh Sharma has circulated the order for the same. Financial and administrative responsibilities have been handed over to SMS Medical College. 

These will be the positive outcomes –

• At present many tests, facilities are not available in these hospitals and as a result, patients have to come to SMS hospital for the same. Now after being in joint administration with SMS Medical College it will be easier to set up machines in these hospitals. 
• It would be easier to send staff from medical college and as a result, the patients would get better treatment facilities. 
• The dearth of nursing staff and doctors would be manageable now.
• The burden of too many patients at SMS hospital shall be decreased.
